Language Babysitter

Dispatched to general households as a language babysitter. Teaching conversation of your native language in while having fun, such as reading, songs, flashcards, and picture books from infants aged 0 to 12 to elementary school students. If you have any problems such as changing diapers at home, mothers will support you. 90 minutes each time: 4,000 yen to 4,500 yen

Language Home Tutor

We dispatch Language conversation tutors all over Japan. High-quality one-on-one conversation lessons at student homes. In some cases, teaching is given to 2 to 3 siblings and mothers and children. Mainly teaches the basics of a language conversation. There is also a language proficiency test preparation lesson. Hourly wage: 3,500 yen to 4,000 yen

Students and General Adults

In addition to daily foreign conversation and business communication, we also teach qualification exam preparation such as TOEIC ©, Eiken, TOEFL, IELTS, and tests of other languages to students and working adults at student homes and cafes. In some cases, teaching is given to 2 to 3 people such as family, friends, and colleagues. Hourly wage: 3,000 yen to 4,000 yen

School Class Lessons

We dispatch language teachers to schools nationwide. Class lessons at kindergartens, after-school care, cram schools, vocational schools, foreign language classrooms, international schools, etc. Instruct children in a language conversation, and qualification exam preparation such as TOEIC, Eiken, tests of other languages at a vocational school. Hourly wage: 4,000 yen to 5,000 yen

Corporate Language Class

We dispatch language instructors to corporations all over Japan (company, retail store, medical facility, service customer service business such as hotels and restaurants). You will teach class lessons such as business communication, TOEIC, daily conversation, and customer service in a foreign language. Hourly wage: 4,000 yen to 5,000 yen

Online Language Lessons

We offer a wide range of online language lessons from elementary school students to working adults. In addition to daily conversation and business communication, we also teach qualification exam preparation such as TOEIC ©, Eiken, TOEFL, IELTS, and tests of other languages. You will teach lessons from the instructor's home by Skype or zoom. Hourly wage: 2,000 yen to 3,000 yen

Application Guidelines

ACE Gaigo, Inc. is looking for foreign instructors nationwide who can teach foreign language conversation: English, Chinese, Korean, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Vietnamese, etc.
  • FACE-to-FACE: From Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, teaching is possible in major cities throughout Japan
    *Please refer to our Teaching Areas.
  • ACE hires only foreign residents who are permitted to work in Japan.
    *If you reside abroad, please visit our registration site for online language teachers abroad.
  • Target: Toddlers, kids, elementary school pupils, middle school students, high school students, vocational school students, university students, office workers, working people, etc. (selectable in advance)
  • Teaching course (preselected): foreign language babysitter, tutor, school class, corporate class, online (details below)
  • Remuneration: Hourly wage 3,000-5,000 yen, on average 3,500 yen (depending on the instruction course and the number of students)
  • Contract method: Commission contract for each teaching course, not employment (full hourly wage is paid without withholding any tax)
  • Teaching day & time zone: Specify your favorite day and time zone from 9:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and/or weekends (you can teach from 1 hour once a week)
  • Transportation expenses: Full payment, from the instructor's house to the teaching place (commuting directly to the student's house and the school or company to which you are dispatched)
  • Teaching materials: All teaching materials used for teaching are provided free of charge.
  • Student Offer: ACE will offer you students according to your availability and wish.
  • Offer selection: You can  accept only offers that can be instructed (cases that do not wish to be instructed can be declined)
  • Payment method: Report the number of hours of instruction each month to the headquarters by e-mail, and ACE transfers the remuneration for the previous month's instruction to the desired bank account on the 15th (transportation expenses will be paid separately)
